Code of conduct during play sessions

By booking a session I agree that:

all children in my party will be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times, and will actively ensure that all visitors in my party share the space in a kind, inclusive and considerate way.

play sessions are designed for children under the age of 8. Reservations will not be made for children surpassing this age limit to use the main play area, however I understand they can still attend and are encouraged to explore alternative amenities within the cafe.

I will enjoy the delicious food & drink on offer, but will not take any food onto the carpeted area or in the play frame. I also agree to only eat food purchased at ITAV anywhere in the venue.

For food safety reasons I will not bring in a birthday cake unless I have booked a private party.

I will not attend a play session if any of my party is feeling unwell.

for hygiene reasons I will remove shoes on entry and wear socks at all times in the play space.

keep ITAV clean and safe, by playing with toys as intended, washing hands and regularly using hand sanitisers. I will also put any dirty toys in the YUK bucket so they can be sanitised.

I will report any accidents, spillages or breakages to a member of staff immediately.

It Takes A Village reserves the authority to deny play access to anyone in my booking not adhering to the above guidance and policies.
