Booking Terms

• You must book a ticket for every person in your group (adults & children). The only exception is babies under 6m who are attending with a paying sibling. A max of 4:1 adults:children in any one booking.

• All bookings are non-refundable and final.

• You can reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before session start time. There is no limit to how many times you can reschedule.

• Please wear/bring socks as we will ask you to remove shoes to enter the play area.

• No external food is permitted within our venue, with the exception of home-made baby food.

• Please supervise your child at all times and encourage kind, considerate and appropriate play.
