Our 10 simple rules to help protect our space and ensure it’s enjoyable for all…

1. SUPERVISE - Children must be supervised by their guardian at all times

2. NO SHOES - We operate a ‘socks only’ policy in our play space, please store shoes in the spaces provided.

3. BE MINDFUL - Encourage your children to play in a kind and considerate way. We ask that parents/guardians step in and guide their child where appropriate.

4. NO OUTSIDE FOOD - Please do not consume food or drink brought in from outside anywhere in our space, with the exception of baby food.

5. BEHOLD THE CARPET - No food or drink on the carpeted areas, if you have to pop into the play space to assist your child and need to bring your drink please ensure it has a lid and is not left unattended

6. A PROMPT GOODBYE - When your session is over (and you hear the goodbye song) please vacate the area promptly to allow us to prepare the space for the next session.

7. KEEP THE SPACE SAFE - Prams should be left in the buggy park and large items stored in your buggy, on the hooks provided or stored in the spaces underneath the blue benches. Before entering the play area please take care to remove any items that may cause injury such as jewellery, badges, keys.

8. CONSENT - For the privacy and enjoyment of others please do not take any pictures or recordings of anyone other than your own children without consent.

9. RESPECT THE SPACE & CONTENTS - Please use and ensure your child/children use the equipment and toys as intended to ensure safe play and return all toys at the end of the session for other children to enjoy.

10. TAKE CARE - Wash your hands before and after play to help reduce the spread of germs and report any accidents, injuries, damage or spills to a member of our team immediately.
